This Corporate Coaching Retainer provides your firm with priority access to a highly qualified executive coach and current practising solicitor, supporting your employees through the unique challenges in professional services environments. This annual package is designed to address the most pressing issues faced by professionals today, including: - Stress and burnout prevention - Leadership and team development - Career progression and transition support - Work-life balance and resilience - Business development and personal brand building - Return-to-work and parental leave transitions - Productivity, time management, and performance optimisation How it works: - Choose a block of 10, 20, or 30 coaching hours to be used flexibly over 12 months. - Hours can be allocated to individuals or teams, for one-to-one coaching or small group sessions. - Sessions can be delivered virtually or in-person (London-based). - Includes a quarterly usage and anonymised impact report for HR/leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with your firm’s goals. - Optional add-ons: group workshops, bespoke wellbeing webinars, or additional hours at a preferential rate. Cancellation Policy
1 Booking and Payment Terms 1.1 Payment in Advance All coaching packages require payment in advance before services commence. Payment confirms your booking and secures your coaching slots. 1.2 Pricing Our minimum rate is £300 per hour plus VAT. Package prices are as set out on our website from time to time. 1.3 Payment Methods We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers. 1.4 VAT VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK tax regulations. VAT receipts will be provided for all transactions. 1.5 Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice. We will work together to find mutually convenient alternative times. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 2.1 Client Cancellations Clients may cancel individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty. 2.2 Refund Entitlement Clients who cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice will be refunded any balance for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions in your package. 2.3 Late Cancellations Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate unless emergency circumstances apply (to be judged at the discretion of the coach). 2.4 Emergency Situations We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation. 2.5 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
